Melanie is a registered yoga teacher, qualified to teach all levels of hatha yoga, specialising in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga to beginners and intermediates.
Melanie has been developing her own yoga practice for over 10 years and has studied under internationally recognised teachers from India, the US and Europe.
Melanie has completed extensive teacher training with David Swenson and is one of only a handful of teachers in the UK to have completed his teacher training in both the Primary and Second Series of Ashtanga yoga.
In addition, Melanie assists with the training of other yoga teachers through the Chi Yoga School, which is registered with the internationally recognised body Yoga Alliance.
Melanie's approach is to make yoga accessible to all, no matter what age, shape, size, level of flexibility or fitness. Her relaxed style provides a supportive and encouraging environment where each individual can develop at their own pace.
